The Stanley Cup has been through some SWEET celebrations from the Tampa Bay Lightning as hockey’s most sought-after trophy continued it’s eventful offseason.

Most recently we saw Mathieu Joseph devour the biggest portion of poutine you’ll ever see and the Canadian delicacies didn’t stop there.

This time it’s former Lightning, Yanni Gourde indulging with some good old fashioned Canadian maple taffy in his hometown of Saint-Narcisse-de-Beaurivage, Quebec. It looks like the poutine wasn’t enough of a “sticky” situation for Stanley to find itself in and decided to go for a double dip with the best that Canada has to offer.

This may be a bittersweet moment for Lightning fans though with the beloved Gourde being picked by the Seattle Kraken in the expansion draft, but we bet the back-to-back cups were certainly worth it for everyone involved.

At this point Montreal Canadiens fans are getting teased with what a Canadian celebration would’ve looked like in Quebec of all places after they fell just 3 games short of bringing the Cup back to its rightful home.

What would you do if you had a Day with the Cup?
