Not that he needed anymore fam, but Philadelphia Flyers mascot continues to conquer the world of pop culture after taking the hockey world by storm.
The fuzzy orange-haired fella made an appearance on "The Simpsons" on Sunday night on the 30th installment of the annual Halloween-themed episode "Treehouse of Horror."
While he wasn't decked out in the Flyers' traditional colours of orange and black, Gritty made light that he resembled everyone's favourite purple dinosaur, Barney, a long-lost relative of Gritty's.
In the particular scene, Homer passes away and has to select a person or body to return to earth reincarnated. He's presented with a Tinder-like app that allows him to swipe through a list of choices called "Heaven Swipes Right," a spoof off the 1978 movie "Heaven Can Wait."
With Halloween right around the corner, we can't wait to see what Gritty has planned.
