If there is one thing that has remained consistent over the Philadelphia Eagles’ history, it’s that their faithful is one of the most die-hard fan bases in the league.

Philadelphia even had to have their lamp poles greased before the NFC Championship Game to ensure that fans would not be able to climb up them following the outcome, a pre-emptive measure that goes to show the followings famous, some would say notorious, reputation.

While the fans in the stands have proven their intense loyalty to Eagles’ fandom, even the Philadelphia cheer squad showed a little die-hard mentality when they were faced with an obstacle on Sunday – a team fight in the 4th quarter of a blowout. It even almost looked like they were about ready to start chuckin’ them.

Despite being surrounded by heated football players, the cheerleaders didn’t miss a beat.

The Eagles have a lot more to cheer about now that they are headed to Super Bowl LII for a clash with the New England Patriots.
