There’s a reason golfers don’t use the Happy Gilmore style golf shot. Well, actually there are several reasons and what happens in the video below pretty high on the list.

There’s not much danger in taking the shot yourself, but basically everyone else within a 50-foot radius should beware of errant: clubs, balls, bodies and basically anything else not tied down to something. In case anybody ever wants to show someone why not to try one around them, here’s your video evidence:

Don’t think this is just a rule exclusive to golf either. Some baseball players have tried this in the past, and although we haven’t seen one quite like this, when Johnny Cueto is in the box, keep your eyes peeled in the dugout.
