Some of the best play-by-play calls in sports can come from a language that we may not be familiar with. There's just something about a passionate and emotional call in a different language that resonates with us when we don't know what they'r saying.

Over in Iceland on Tuesday night, an insane buzzer-beating shot from a playoff matchup got one broadcaster so amped up that he produced one of the best calls we’ve ever heard.

Have a watch and listen for yourself.

That incredible shot came all the way from his own end. Haukar deafeated Keflavik with a long-range shot to take a 2-0 lead in their playoff series.

In case you were wondering, “Nei” is “No” in Icelandic. While we don’t know what the rest of what was said, we do know that the shot and call were simply on another level.

We hope that we’ll able to hear some more “Nei’s” soon enough, because that was music to a sports fan's ears.
