When people leave the NHL to continue their careers people always assume they aren’t good enough or have simply lost a step. That isn’t the case for Ilya Kovalchuk who is proving age is but a number with his slick hand-eye in this clip.
Whether or not its real or fake, the video is still impressive, plus it’s nice to see Ilya still having fun out there in Russia. Also this guy brings up a good point, this is a lot like those Fantasy Files commercials.
If Ilya said PICK ME, we’d definitely draft him first overall in fantasy.
