One of the greatest components of hockey that unites us as fans across the globe is the memories we make with our teammates while playing the game we love.
Perhaps it’s out on the rink, inside the dressing room, or on the team bus. Maybe it’s during a team bonding exercise where camaraderie is formed by the hilarious stories and incidents we find ourselves in from years of experience.
You’ve probably heard countless of stories told by former and current NHL players over the years, but we here at BarDown want to give YOU, the reader, a chance to share some of your favourite ones from in and around the rink.
Call this the introduction or prelude post. Essentially, this is a call to action for beer leaguers, house leaguers, or anyone that’s picked up a stick that may no longer be dream chasers.
