Jaromir Jagr was only a Calgary Flame for 22 regular season game, but the Czech hockey legend's short stay will likely be remembered by fans for a long time. Monday, Jagr officially cleared waivers, something that may potentially mark the end of his NHL career.

Despite things not quite going according to plan, Jagr still took the time to thank the Flames organization and the city of Calgary following his departure, expressing gratitude for their support.

Jagr also announced that he will be closing out his season back home in Europe where he'll suit up for HC Kladno, the franchise that  he co-owns. Leave it to Jagr to some how turn exiting the NHL into a boss move.

He may not have had a whole lot of highlights on the ice this season, but Jagr's presence off the ice did lead to this interview that we'll also never forget.
