The intensity of the NHL Playoffs doesn't only impact the players and coaches in a high-stakes game in and around the ice surface.

The pressure of the post-season can impact the officials, and as we've seen in the playoffs at times, sometimes that can result in a questionable call or two...or numerous missed calls.

By now, the refs who are selected to officiate the playoffs can handle any sorts of criticisms, whether it's from players, coaches or even rabid fanbases.

However, one ref that continues to draw the support the hockey world is Wes McCauley, who continues to have hilarious interactions with fans and players out on the ice. Over the weekend, McCauley provided another priceless interaction for hockey fans to enjoy, but this time, it was a player who McCauley think twice about what he'd done.

McCauley was flabbergasted over the amount of action going down between the Predators and Stars in Game 5 on Saturday night. He finally reached his tipping point in a conversation with Preds sniper Filip Forsberg,  that resulted in McCauley to drop a cuss word.

Stars captain Jamie Benn overheard the conversation and decided to rib McCauley about his potty mouth after he had calmed down.

What a great, ironic moment from Benn explaining to McCauley about how his mother would be disappointed by the way he communicates out there.

As funny as that interaction was, Benn's actions out on the ice have been just as good, as he leads the Stars in playoff scoring with 1 goal, five assists.

Benn and the Stars can wrap the series up on Monday night, as they head into Nashville for a pivotal Game 6.
