Jaroslav Halak is set to start his stint with the Boston Bruins after spending the last four seasons with the New York Islanders and he appears to be going all in with his new team.

The Bruins are currently in Shenzhen, China, for this year’s NHL China Games, and the new goalie on the roster is rocking some spiffy new pads that will go nicely with his new threads.

Halak went 170-88-65-19 and earned 12 shutouts while posting a .913 save percentage and 2.69 goals against average in 177 games with the Islanders and will play an important role as Tuukka Rask’s backup.
