The New York Jets sit 5-10 and are well outside the playoff hunt heading into the last week of the season.

However, some might consider this season a success for the Jets considering a lot of people predicted them to be the worst team in the league and had them going winless all season long.

The Jets played their final home game of the season on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, and even though they came out on the losing end of things one Jets fan in particular went home with a smile that draped from ear-to-ear thanks to rookie safety Jamal Adams.

Prior to kick-off on Sunday, Adams spotted the young fan in the first row and made him an offer he couldn’t refuse.

Not only did Adams immediately put the bracelet around his wrist to show the youngster how much he truly appreciated the gesture, but he handed off a pair of cleats to him in exchange for his bracelet.

It doesn’t get any cooler than that.
