The Philadelphia Eagles captured their first Super Bowl title in franchise history this past weekend as they defeated the New England Patriots 41-33.

Not only did the Eagles beat the reigning champion New England Patriots of all teams to capture the Vince Lombardi Trophy, but they did it with their backup quarterback.

#NickFoles is your #SuperBowl MVP!

Considering Foles is the first quarterback since Tom Brady to start the season as the team’s backup quarterback and end it as the Super Bowl winner, his performance pretty much stole every headline. However, the Eagles’ running backs played a big part in the victory, as their three-headed monster of Jay Ajayi, LeGarrette Blount and Corey Clement combined for 155 yards on the ground, 100 yards in the air and two touchdowns in the win.

On Monday night, Ajayi and Clement were special guests on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where the duo discussed their huge victory from the night before, the big trick play that resulted in a Nick Foles touchdown, Corey’s controversial touchdown, Carson Wentz, and they also revealed how long the party lasted for after the historic win.

The best part of their segment had to be near the end when Kimmel nearly pranked the duo into thinking the team had just traded away Foles following his strong performance.

Well done, Jimmy.
