Sunday, Joe Thornton finally put pen to paper on his contract with the San Jose sharks, and he did so while mowing his lawn, wearing a Floyd Mayweather 'The Money Team' shirt and flip-flops.
This is honestly exactly how we would have expected Jumbo to sign a contract, because the man is an absolute beauty and a national treasure. No need to wear a tuxedo, top hat and cane to go close a multi-million deal when a pair of boardshorts and flip-flops will suffice.
