Holiday season is in full swing, and it’s fun to watch athletes celebrate in various ways. For some it’s sweater parties, for others it’s caroling. For Detroit Red Wings goalie Jonathan Bernier, it means making a new mask.
Bernier had a mask made that is themed around gingerbread. The icing, the buttons, and the gingerbread people themselves are involved in the festive face-protector that’s sure to get Wings fans in the holiday spirit.
If only the mask were actually made out of gingerbread. May not be very effective that way though…
