It wouldn't be playoff baseball without some late-game drama.

After DJ LeMahieu sent a two-run bomb into the bleaches at Minute Maid Park to tie it up at 4-4 in the top of the ninth, Jose Altuve one-upped LeMahieu with a two-run shot of his own.

That blast sent the Astros to their second World Series appearance in three seasons, as they wrapped up Game 6 and the series with a 6-4 win.

Unsurprisingly, Altuve was named ALCS MVP. The Astros will host the Washington Nationals in Game 1 of the World Series starting on Tuesday, October 22nd.
