However, despite opening up the series with a big road victory, the Predators lost Kevin Fiala for the remainder of the season after he suffered a broken femur and needed to be stretchered off the ice.
 

A few days ago, the 20-year-old gave fans an update through his Instagram account and thanked them for all their support.
 

You never want to see a player get injured, especially the way Fiala did in the opening game of their second round series. Hopefully he goes through a speedy recovery and is ready to go for the start of next season.
