With the game all tied up at 2-2 late in the third period, the 34-year-old defenceman stepped up in a very big way by blasting home the eventual game-winning goal against his former team all the way from beyond centre ice. While goals from that far away seem like a rare thing, they aren’t for Kuteikin.

Last season, the Russian defenceman scored THREE goals from beyond centre ice in the playoffs alone!

They say to keep your eye on the puck at all times and if you don’t follow through with that when Kuteikin is on the ice then he’s going to make you pay.
