Kyle Lowry is entering his seventh season as a member of the Toronto Raptors and it’s going to be different than the others as he won’t be calling DeMar DeRozan a teammate for the first time since he joined the club. While some things are going to be different this season, some things aren’t going to change.

One of those things is Lowry’s annual Canadian Thanksgiving meal drive. Joined by his wife, Ayahna, the Raptors point guard spent Thursday afternoon distributing 325 meals to families in need, which will impact over 1,000 people in the Greater Toronto Area over three different stops.

The entire Lowry family was in attendance at all three stops throughout the day and ended up delivering thousands of pounds worth of food to those in need ahead of the holiday weekend.

This was the third annual Lowry’s Thanksgiving Assist and it only continues to grow year after year.
