LeBron James Los Angeles Lakers jerseys starting to fly off the shelves the minute Lakers fans found out what number he’ll be wearing with his new team. Since the Lakers haven’t made the postseason since the 2013-14 season, fans are ecstatic about the fact that King James is joining their squad with high hopes that he’ll be able to turn them back into the franchise that others feared to play against.

He hasn’t even been a member of the Lakers for an entire week yet and he hasn’t even put on the jersey yet, but fans in LA are already dedicating murals to him, including this incredible one.

The designers of the mural put together a timelapse video of them piecing it together and the final product is breathtaking, even if they’re already dubbing LeBron as the ‘King of LA’.

Earlier this week, someone posted a photo of LeBron’s face over Kobe’s on a Kobe Bryant mural and a diehard Lakers fan made sure to take care of it.

Some Lakers fans are refusing to dub LeBron as the King of LA before he steps on the court as a member of the Lakers, but that will quickly change if he’s able to bring them back to glory.
