The Toronto Raptors captured their first ever NBA title on Thursday night in Oakland and they made history in more ways than one.

Aside from Kawhi Leonard, Danny Green and Patrick McCaw, winning the Larry O’ Brien Championship Trophy was an entirely new feeling for the rest of the players on the roster and the victory came with a few other firsts, as well.

With the Raptors capturing the NBA title, Jeremy Lin made history by becoming the first Asian-American to ever win the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy and he wasn’t the only member of the team who made a mark on the record books.

Pascal Siakam became the first person from Cameroon to become an NBA champion, while Serge Ibaka is the first person from the Democratic Republic of Congo to win it all.

Marc Gasol didn’t become the first player from Spain to win the title, but the victory did secure the Gasol brothers as the first brothers to both win an NBA title.

The first brothers to both win NBA Championships 👏
