Lou Williams seems to be a fan favourite wherever he goes. One of the most successful 6th men of all-time mixes in a stone cold stroke with a laid back attitude, making for some very entertaining moments both on and off the court.

There may be none cooler than this one.

During Sunday’s match between the Los Angeles Clippers and the New York Knicks, the broadcast tells a story of a time in 2011 when Lou Will was held up at gun point. Instead of panicking, screaming, or trying to fight, Lou Will remained cool and talked the gunman down. He then invited him to get in his car, so he could treat the troubled man to some McDonalds.
