Roberto Luongo's worst nightmare came to life on Tuesday night... literally.

The 2011 Stanley Cup champion Boston Bruins reunited over Zoom to watch their epic Game 7 victory over the Vancouver Canucks and as you can recall, a certain someone was playing in the pipes for the losing team. Boston ultimately downed Vancouver 4-0 in the deciding game and Bobby Lu definitely hasn't forgotten. He's actually probably thought about it every day based on his latest Twitter post...

Poor Bobby Lu,  but he should really be careful with what he wishes for...

Luongo dominated the 2011 postseason with a 2.11 GAA and .928 save percentage, and would have been a shoe-in to win the Conn Smythe if Game 7 went the other way. Instead... he had to watch opposing goaltender Tim Thomas hoist the trophy.

The Montreal native went on to play nine more seasons between the Canucks and Panthers but couldn't make his way back to the Stanley Cup Final. At least he's being a good sport about it all these years later.
