It has not been NEARLY the season the Cleveland Browns were hoping for.

The Browns came into the season choked full of potential, with young stars in Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, and Odell Beckham Jr. offering pieces to what seemed to be a high-powered offence on a team that has been nothing short of tortured over the past two decades.

Unfortunately for the Browns, all the prime time spots, commercial cameos, and photo shoots have not translated into success. The team is 2-6, most recently losing to the lowly Denver Broncos and their newly starting quarterback Brandon Allen.

They’ve once again returned to being the butt of the joke, albeit in a different capacity. Even Macaulay Culkin – who famously played Kevin McCallister in Home Alone – got in on the action. You better believe he used a Home Alone reference to roast Baker Mayfield and the city of Cleveland.

After seeing a Twitter user comment on Mayfield’s likeness to the robbers in Culkin’s Christmas classic, Culkin went ahead and jokingly warned Mayfield about being ready. He then went on to insult the city of Cleveland, which even for Kevin McCallister seems like a bold move.
