Johnny Manziel is willing to do whatever it takes if it means landing another professional football contract and he’s starting with The Spring League, an elite developmental league and scouting event for professional football players looking to get another shot.

The 25-year-old played his second of two games in The Spring League on Thursday night and he made quite the impact on the field for his team.

The former Cleveland Browns quarterback got his first score of the game by running in a touchdown from just inside the 15-yard line, which was set up by this massive 50-yard pass completion to former NHL wide receiver Antwan Goodley.

Later in the game the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner showed everyone watching that his first rushing touchdown wasn’t a fluke as he did it again, this time from just inside the 10-yard line.

The former Texas A&M quarterback is hoping to prove to all the professional football scouts out there that he still has what it takes to play at the highest level and so far he’s off to a pretty good start.
