Marc-Andre Fleury has won over the hearts of NHL fans over the years since he was drafted first overall in 2003. His move to Vegas has only emphasized the leagues love of the ‘tender they call Flower. While most players would loath the idea of joining an expansion team that is so far away from a polished unit, the three-time Stanley Cup winning goalie has embraced the city of Vegas.

How 'bout that ride in?

Not only did Vegas enjoy spending the offseason with Fleury, the franchise began the season off as one of the hottest teams in the league and were actually the last of the 31 teams to lose a game.

Fleury’s love affair with the city continued when he appeared to skate up behind Justin Abdelkader and undo his hockey pants while the Detroit Red Wings forward was engaged with one of Fleury’s teammates.

He got a little side glance from Abdelkader but overall is seemed as though he didn’t notice what Fleury had done.

Never change, Flower.
