Hockey is BACK and we’re all very excited about it. Saying that, it’s definitely a different feel to this year’s playoffs. No fans in attendance means crowd noise is limited to manufactured cheering.

It’s hard to imagine how the crowd would have reacted if they were in attendance for Nazem Kadri’s ultra-dramatic buzzer beating goal. With the clock running down, Kadri deposited a rebound into the back of the net. After a lengthy review (it was THAT close), it was determined that the goal crossed the line with 0.1 seconds remaining.

Unable to celebrate in stadium, fans took to Twitter to show their shock and awe.
