Wednesday night, another chapter was added to the legendary Duke and UNC rivalry. Unfortunately that chapter may have an asterisk on it because of Zion Williamson's unlucky injury.
The projected first-overall pick slipped during the game against UNC with the lasting image of the incident being his foot through his shoe.
Nike took a ton of heat after the incident (Williamson was wearing the PG 2.5), so much so that they released a statement about what happened and their shoes.
No update has been given on Williamson at the time we're writing this article, but we do know that Nike's stock took a big hit. (H/T: BR Kicks)
