The Oakland Athletics were on the verge of elimination heading into Thursday's Wild Card round game against Chicago and found themselves down 1-0 in the third when this magical mic'd up moment occurred.

For context, Oakland outfielder Ramon Laureano was mic'd up and having a conversation with ESPN while in the field when the conversation was interrupted by a ball hit to him.  What happened next can only be described as predictable and NSFW.

Having someone mic'd up and talking to a broadcast team while in the field DURING a playoff game is a wild concept that feels like it was meant for a dream, not reality, but we're happy we got it before Oakland was potentially eliminated.
