The Teddy Bear Toss has become one of the greatest traditions in hockey over the past 25 years and it continues to grow year after year.

This upcoming weekend, the WHL’s Edmonton Oil Kings will host their annual Teddy Bear Toss when they take on the Kamloops Blazers, the franchise responsible for starting the tradition 25 years ago, and they’re going to dress the part for the night.

When the Oil Kings take the ice this Saturday night they’ll be dressed the part as they’re going to be rocking fantastic teddy bear-themed uniforms.

Many teams have taken part in the Teddy Bear Toss over the years, but very few have gone all out with creative jerseys for the night.

This past weekend, we saw the Hershey Bears set a new world record as their fans threw a whopping 34,798 stuffed animals onto the ice.
