There’s been one Boston Bruins forward who’s managed to elevate his game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

David Pastrnak is arguably Boston’s best forward and more than a dozen recent contests against the Leafs helps his case. The Bruins headed to Toronto for an Atlantic Division showdown and once again, ‘Pasta’ managed to work his way onto the scoresheet. The 22-year-old buried the B’s third goal and now has an unthinkable 24 points over his last 12 games including both the regular season and playoffs against them. Remarkably, 11 of those points have been goals.

That’s just unfair.

Sorry Leaf fans, but we’ve gotta bring up last year’s playoff stats for a moment. In seven games against the Buds, the Czech native recorded a LUDACRIS nine points in the first two games of their series, finishing with 13 points through seven contests. Just incredible.

It’s really a mystery as to how Pastrnak’s been able to dominate so hard given his unique tape job. It basically looks like he just wraps a bunch of random tape around his blade in 3.5 second and hits the ice.

What on earth is this?

Tonight marked the last time the two will square off before the playoffs, so we’re sure there’s a part of every Leafs fan that’s just hoping they don’t see Boston in the postseason.
