With Oregon, it’s kind of expected that their jerseys will be loud and unique, but Notre Dame usually keeps things pretty consistent on the grid iron.
Both teams recently revealed that they’ll be using some daring new jerseys in the 2018-19 season and there has been mixed reaction thus far. For Oregon, it’s much of the same in terms of bright colours and unique designs, whereas Notre Dame looks like a totally different jersey. To be fair, the Irish will only use their jersey in one stadium game, but they have gone almost all black with some features to look like Yankees jerseys.

We’re sure there will be plenty more jersey reveals to come, and honestly we love it. The only jerseys that ever really disappoint us are the ones where teams fail to try anything new. Still, Notre Dame has nothing to do with New York other than they’re playing one game there, so we’re not really sure why they did a Yankees jersey.
