We all look up to athletes.  They are larger than life role models that have a platform that allows them to make a huge impact off the ice in the lives of many.

P.K. Subban of the Nashville Predators is one of the best defenceman in hockey, but what he's done off the ice is far more incredible than what he's done on it, and that's saying a lot.

On Monday, a Reddit User by the name of hockey7676 shared this video that Subban sent his 13-year-old son who has been dealing with a lot of racists taunts.

We don't have a lot of info about the video aside from what was posted in the title on Reddit Hockey, but Subban's message is loud, clear, incredibly inspiring, and heartwarming.  We all love sports, but there are things like Subban's message in this video that are a million times more important.
