The Boston Bruins stole the show at Lake Tahoe over the weekend when a David Pastrnak hat trick helped them pile up a 7-3 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers. On top of that, they stole the show in another way.

The Bruins showed up to the Outdoor event as an absolute spectacle. The team was decked out in retro ski gear for the occasion, with one of the biggest highlights (behind David Pastrnak’s sunglasses and Jaroslav Halak’s mullet) being Patrice Bergeron arriving listening to an old school Walkman.

As it turns out, that Walkman was real, and up until the team got off the bus, Bergeron was bumping some Dr. Dre to get amped up for the game.

Even if you don’t like the big bad Bruins, it’s pretty hard not to like Bergeron. The recently anointed captain of the Bruins is a model of consistency and dedication to the game, and he’s a player just about every fan would want on their team.

Particularly if he’s playing classics like The Chronic.
