The Chicago Blackhawks finished with the best record in the Western Conference this season, so you can understand why everyone was so shocked when they got swept in the first round by the Nashville Predators.
With the early departure from the postseason, the players now have a longer offseason than they expected so there’s more time to for them to kill.
Patrick Kane isn’t the most active athlete on social media so you never really know what he’s up to, but the three-time Stanley Cup champion recently did something awesome during a flight.
According to flight attendant Teri Truss, Kane approached her about having his first class seat swapped for the soldier’s seat who was sitting at the back of the plane. Without any hesitation the airline made the switch and Kane gladly gave up his seat to the soldier on the flight.
Class act by the six-time NHL All-Star.
