Patrick Mahomes loves his ketchup… maybe a bit too much.
The MVP candidate has basically been perfect this season but his one imperfection (according fans) has been spotted off the field. Brace yourselves… THE MAN EATS HIS STEAK WITH KETCHUP!
Yes, you read that right. The 23-year-old has reportedly loved the condiment his entire life but was recently embarrassed to ask for it while out for dinner with his parents. Mahomes was so worried that his mom had to actually sneak some onto his plate.
Okay, so we understand if you need a little ketchup if your steaks is served a little too well done. But to do it with a nice medium-rare slab of meat? Suspect! Fans had all kinds of reactions to the mind-boggling news.
Steak isn’t the only dish Mahomes enjoys some ketchup with. Believe it or not, he puts it on his Mac N’ Cheese as well. People are really making a big deal out of this news.
To top it all off, Heinz offered Mahomes the deal of a lifetime. If he can score 57 touchdowns (the classic bottle on the number), then the quarterback will receive free ketchup for the rest of his life.
FOR HIS LIFE!!!!
Some people are going to either be really rooting for Mahomes ot hit 57 or strongly rooting against it.
