Ahhhhh, Valentine’s Day. The time of year to eat chocolates, sniff flowers, and receive that romantic present you always wanted. Patrick Marleau’s wish came true this year but there was just one problem; the present wasn’t romantic!

A pet seems like a pretty ideal gift, right? If you’re a cat person, a kitten would really do the trick. But a fake cat? From a meme?! Definitely not for everyone, but for some reason it is for Patty Marls… okay maybe there’s an explanation. Apparently the 40-year-old has a soft spot for a certain cat meme so Christina did her homework and got him the actual furry fritter.
