Phil Kessel is on the move, going to the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for a package including Alex Galchenyuk. Depending on who you believe, either Kessel or Penguins GM Jim Rutherford got what they wanted.

That puts an end to a pretty remarkable four-year run in Pittsburgh for Kessel — how many guys bat .500 on Stanley Cups in their tenures anywhere?

He thanked Penguins fans for their support in a classy message on Instagram.

#PhilKessel thanks Pittsburgh 👏

In Arizona, Kesssel will be joining a team that just missed the playoffs last year, but one that will certainly benefit greatly from adding his goal-scoring touch.

(Plus, they just got the league’s best hot dog eater!)

Hot diggity dog, Phil's a 'Yote!
