As you probably know, the city of Toronto was absolutely buzzing as fans took the streets to celebrate the first NBA championship in Canada’s history. The scenes were unreal, but at no point did things ever get out of hand.

CP24 reports that there were no arrests made in relation to the Raptors celebrations, according to police.

From some of the videos that made the rounds on social media, it was clear that Raptors fans were enjoying themselves, piling up on buses and packing the streets. Everybody seemed to stay safe amid the celebrations, however, which is the key takeaway. Toronto can pat itself on the back for that!

So, all of this? This is just what a championship 24 years in the making feels like, and it feels great.
