Everything worked out for Luke Hughes and the Hughes family on draft night, but brother Quinn wanted to prepare his brother for if he didn’t get selected by his first choice.
As for the way he went about it? Well… we’re not so sure Devils fans would approve!
After the family rejoiced following New Jersey’s fourth overall selection of Luke, the three brothers were interviewed together and Quinn didn’t mind sharing what he said. Apparently the guy is not a fan of the Prudential Center… at all!
Well that’s kind of awkward. Now Luke has to head to New Jersey expecting to play in a trash barn. But hey, it’ll all be worth it when he hits the ice with Jack for the first time. Maybe Quinn’s just a bit… jealous?!
The Canucks are set to take on the Devils in New Jersey on February 28th… buckle up!
