Despite finishing the season with a better record, the two-time defending champion Golden State Warriors were dubbed the favourites in the series, even without Kevin Durant in the lineup. It’s only the first win out of four that’s necessary to win the series, but you can’t blame Raptors fans for being as excited as they are right now, especially since it’s their team’s first ever appearance in the NBA Finals and their recent failures in opening games of the series.

Game 2 takes place Sunday night in Toronto.
