Russell Westbrook is always finding ways to give back throughout the year and he’s really stepped it up over the past couple of months during the coronavirus pandemic.

One of Westbrook’s first donations was in the form of laptops, as the 2017 NBA MVP donated 650 laptops to Houston-area students to help them with their virtual education, and then he followed that up with a donation of 4.2 million masks to medical workers in African American communities.

And he wasn’t done there.

On Thursday night, the 9-time NBA All-Star provided meals to nurses in the ICU and COVID-19 units at the MLK Community Hospital in his hometown.

Westbrook has been helping out both his hometown and his NBA hometown throughout the pandemic and he’s showing no signs of slowing down.
