In a furious Game 7 on Sunday, the Indiana Pacers were almost able to hand LeBron James his first career playoff exit in the first round. In the end, the Cleveland Cavaliers emerged victorious by a final score of 105-101, led primarily by 45-point heroics from LeBron.

Not to be outdone, however, Pacers star Victor Oladipo sure gave it his all. In 41 minutes, he finished with 30 points with 4 three-pointers to go with 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. With a strong argument to win this year’s Most Improved Player award, Oladipo should have no regrets after averaging 23.1 points per game for a breakout Pacers team that had expected to decline after trading Paul George.

How does Oladipo really feel, though? Let’s check in on his trainer:

Look at the time on that text! Right after the buzzer sounded on Game 7, our official TSN account tweeted out the final score and game results. That was at 3:52 P.M. ET, which means Oladipo texted his trainer just 17 minutes after the game ended.

No doubt, that personal drive is part of what propelled Oladipo to his breakout season this year, and it stands to reason that he’ll only continue to hone his game in the offseason. (But when will his trainer put some respect on “Olapido’s” name?!)

After Game 7 ended, LeBron strode over to Oladipo and showed some love to the Pacers star after his phenomenal year:
