Okay, so we all know how hectic and chaotic traffic can be.

Getting delayed for work or to go home is the absolute worst, we’ve all been there.

Though unfortunately for Los Angeles Angels star Shohei Ohtani, he didn’t get so lucky as he was scratched during Thursday night’s game ahead of a scheduled start.

Why? Oh well you know, he got stuck in traffic in San Francisco on his way to face the Oakland A’s.

Baseball players, they’re just like us!

As one of the Angels’ busloads heading to the game got stuck on the Bay Bridge due to an accent, fortunately not involving them, Ohtani decided to test his luck as he opted to take the subway in hopes to arrive on time.

But it doesn’t end there, Ohtani, unfortunately, faced another transit issue as he was unable to get to the game on time for pre-game warm-ups.

Luckily, Ohtani was able to get to the Coliseum and DH while having his start pushed to Friday instead.

But of course, fans found this moment hilarious.
