Following protests in San Antonio against the death of George Floyd and police brutality, Lonnie Walker of the Spurs is helping to rebuild his community again.

Walker is cleaning graffiti and handing out water to workers, sharing a 12-minute video to his Instagram of his efforts to support the city.

We have seen many athletes participate in peaceful protests as well as lend their efforts to rebuilding efforts in their aftermath, among other ways of expressing solidarity for the cause.

After driving 15 hours to organize a peaceful protest in Atlanta, Celtics star Jaylen Brown has also offered to pay the bail for three protesters that he feels were wrongly arrested.
