With Christmas break officially here for most students, it’s time to unwind, and enjoy the Christmas holidays.

The few weeks leading up to winter break is hectic for anyone enrolled in any sort of educational institute. End of the first semester means projects are due, exams are coming out, and Christmas presents need to be purchased.

It’s crunch time and the pressure’s on to pull up your socks and finished the calendar year strong.

Some schools will bring in puppies to help ease the stress of exams and all the studying.

One student decided to take it upon himself to get his fellow students going by quoting the legendary Herb Brooks, who gave one of the greatest speeches in sports history to rally the 1980 U.S. Men’s Olympic team to their “Miracle on Ice” 4-3 victory over the Soviets in Lake Placid, New York.

Not bad at all, and that’s pretty gutsy to do in front of large number of people like that.

Still, it doesn’t compare to Kurt Russell’s version of the speech in Miracle on Ice that helps the amateur American club all amped up before their big dance against the Russians.

Hopefully the speech did wonders for everyone that wrote whatever sort of final they were prepping for in.. If you’re a fellow student that just finished your exams, kick back, relax, and rejuvenate yourselves before the grind gets going again.
