Every young hockey player wishes of one day getting the chance to play in the NHL and the Tampa Bay Lightning are going to grant that wish to one lucky person.

The Lightning contributed to the All In Challenge this past week by auctioning off an official try out with the pros for a spot on the roster during their 2021-22 training camp.

Tampa Bay’s pledge also included an introductory press conference in front of the media, a meeting with the coach, a personalized jersey with the name and number of the winner’s choice, and front row access to a Lightning practice; which they will later get to join.

The auction officially wrapped up on Friday night, and after 26 bids it ended up going for $46,000, with the proceeds going towards COVID-19 relief funds.

That’s definitely one of the coolest experiences that’s been auctioned off through the All In Challenge.
