The revenge of the nerds will have to wait another round to taste victory
Despite releasing several promotional tweets and videos insinuating that Team Corsi would be better mentally prepared for the much anticipated rematch against Team Eye Test, Jonas Siegel and Mark Masters fell short to Bryan Hayes and Jeff O’Neill in the second round of TSN 1050’s OverDrive Trivia on Friday.
After regulation time solved nothing, with special guests referee Kara Wagland and the always impartial and reasonable Jamie “Noodles” McLeannan in the house as a lifeline option, Hayes and O’Dog won in the third round of the sudden death shootout, something that didn’t exactly bode well with Masters Nation.
You can beat the O’Dog will be celebrating the big trivia win accordingly, as the victory coincided with his 42nd birthday.
