If you’ve been on any form of social media over the past couple of weeks, you’ve probably got this song stuck in your head at some point.

The song’s original name is Lovesick Blues by Hank Williams, but it’s more recent surge in popularity came from an artist most popularly known as Wal-Mart kid or yodeling kid. It has become one of the biggest jokes on the internet over the past couple of weeks and it’s actually been turned into a song by multiple people.

Now, it’s actually reached NHL rinks. The Colorado Avalanche played the song as their warm-up song last night and then they went on to beat the St. Louis Blues and clinch a playoff spot.

If you haven’t heard the origins of the remix or the remix itself, both of them can be found below.

Honestly, we want them to take this a step further. Imagine a team decided to use this banger as a goal song for the entire playoffs? It would no doubt infuriate other teams and opposing fans and seems like the perfect rallying cry for a team that will be up against all odds to go deep into the playoffs.
