Playoff hockey. Damn, is it ever a thing of beauty.
Night after night it’s been thoroughly entertaining, especially with the addition of fans being allowed back in select arenas across the United States.
And that’s exactly what made the Carolina Hurricanes win over the Nashville Predators to secure the first game of the series, as the Canes were able to celebrate their first-ever playoff Surge in team history!
We mean, yeah the regular season Storm Surges are pretty awesome but the playoff Surge is just absolutely electric. Especially when it's in front of 12,000 fans!
We don’t lie, we’re kind of tearing up a little here.
And though we’re not here to choose favourites within the action-packed series, we definitely wouldn’t be upset if we saw some more Storm Surges throughout the playoffs!
