The past few years have been very tough on the Cleveland Browns organization, and especially on their fans. In fact, it’s been a tough couple of decades.
The one benefit about hitting rock bottom is that there’s only one direction to go from there, and that’s the circumstance Browns fans found themselves in after their franchise posted an abysmal, worst-case-scenario 0-16 season. In fact, things got so bad they had to start celebrating for some very obscure reasons.
First there was the 0-16 parade, which just seems ridiculous but hey do what you gotta do…
Then there was the whole Hue Jackson jumping into a lake, another seemingly ridiculous event to come out of failure.
Given that those were considered reasons to celebrate, you already knew that their first win in almost two years was going to be a banger. That was amplified by the promise of free beer upon the franchise’s victory.
The party was exactly as wild as you’d expect.
Maybe going on a losing streak isn’t that bad after all…
